This, as they say, is where the rubber meets the road.  Combining the most updated mobility, stability, strength, endurance and fat loss protocols is difficult when done alone, but with Coach Kev, we know this is a team effort and will help you win the battle versus fat loss, injury and dysfunction.  Training methods are based on basic principles (not fads) and include:
  • Dynamic Warm up, Movement Preparation and Corrective exercises
  • Kettlebells

  • Dumbbell circuits
  • Barbell circuits
  • Medicine ball movements
