I'm back...for GOOD!

Happy Halloween!

So, instead of sending emails and adding to the usual stress of another email to your inbox, I have re-named my blog, re-upped my writing focus, and will be posting fitness facts, both new and old from newsletters past on a daily basis. This will help me keep you current, updated, and most of all: FIT!
